Water Reminder DropWise is a hydration tracking application designed to help users monitor their daily water intake. The App offers both free and premium features.

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. The content, calculation of water intake goals, and hydration reminders provided by the App are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription service (“Water Reminder DropWise Premium”) that unlocks additional features.

4.2 Free Trial

Free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4.3 Cancellation

Manage and cancel subscriptions via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions in the App Store. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including the “Water Reminder DropWise” name, logo, mascot characters, graphics, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of DijitalWorlds.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DijitalWorlds will NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or health issues arising from App use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
