1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the “Water Reminder - DropWise” application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Accepting these Terms does not mean you agree to advertising tracking. Tracking is optional and is controlled separately by the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt (see Section 10).

2. Description of Service

Water Reminder - DropWise is a hydration tracking application designed to help users monitor their daily water intake. The App offers both free and premium features.

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase (“Water Reminder - DropWise Premium”) that unlock additional features. Current prices, free trial availability and billing terms are always shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

If a free trial is offered for your plan, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4.3 Cancellation

Manage and cancel subscriptions via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions in the App Store. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before renewal.

• The hydration recommendations and goals provided are NOT medical advice
• Always consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or hydration habits
• If you have any health conditions, consult your doctor before using hydration tracking apps
• IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including the “Water Reminder - DropWise” name, logo, mascot characters, graphics, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of DijitalWorlds.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DijitalWorlds will NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or health issues arising from App use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Only Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App, and we do not recognize the jurisdiction of any other courts. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

10. Analytics, Advertising Measurement and Tracking Permission

• The App includes Firebase Analytics (Google) and the Meta App Events SDK. They are enabled only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
• Declining tracking does not prevent you from using the App or purchasing Premium, and does not change your access to features.
• Agreeing to these Terms or using the App is not consent to advertising tracking. Your ATT choice is separate.
• You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Data already sent to Google or Meta is not automatically deleted.
• Your name, weight, height, water logs, Apple Health data and precise location are not sent to Firebase or Meta.
