Terms of Use — Duplicate Photo Cleaner Vision AI

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Duplicate Photo Cleaner Vision AI on Mac devices you own or control for personal or internal business use. We retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

2. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

The app may be offered as free, freemium, paid, trial, or subscription software. Where purchases or subscriptions are available:

• Fees are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• You can manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple account.
• Prices, features, and plans may change with notice where required by law.

3. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Other purchases, if any, are governed by the refund terms shown at purchase and applicable consumer-protection laws.

4. Cleanup Decisions and Backups

Duplicate Photo Cleaner Vision AI helps identify potential duplicates, similar photos, and screenshots. You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding what to remove. We recommend maintaining a current backup before deleting files or changing your photo library.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where allowed by law.
• Modify, resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the app without written permission.
• Use the app to violate laws or third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
• Interfere with security, licensing, or integrity features of the app.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may let you select or connect external storage sources. Your use of those sources remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider, such as Apple, Google, Dropbox, or Microsoft.

7. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions. Updates may change, add, or remove features. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated app experience and these Terms as revised.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and related content are owned by DijitalWorlds or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE PERFECT, THAT ALL DUPLICATES WILL BE FOUND, OR THAT EVERY SUGGESTED MATCH WILL BE SUITABLE FOR DELETION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIJITALWORLDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
