Terms of Use — MacCleaner AI

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use MacCleaner AI on Mac devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use. This license does not transfer ownership of the software, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted.

2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

MacCleaner AI may be offered on a free, freemium, trial, or subscription basis. Where a subscription is required to access certain features:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Free trials, when offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account or the account interface provided by our authorized reseller.
• Prices, plans, and features may change; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.

3. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. For purchases made outside the App Store, refund eligibility is governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase and any applicable consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except where this is permitted by applicable law;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels;
• Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without our written permission;
• Use the Services to transmit malware or to interfere with the security or integrity of any network or system.

5. User Responsibility & Backups

MacCleaner AI removes files, caches, and data from your Mac at your direction. You are solely responsible for selecting items to remove and for maintaining adequate backups of your data. We strongly recommend creating a current backup (for example, via Time Machine) before performing any cleanup or removal.

6. Updates

We may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or new versions of MacCleaner AI. Updates may be installed automatically and may modify or remove features. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, are owned by DijitalWorlds or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 1, these Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ACHIEVE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF DISK-SPACE RECOVERY OR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIJITALWORLDS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license will immediately cease and you must uninstall MacCleaner AI. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence are not affected.
