Privacy Policy: Photo Cleaner - Storage Space

1. Controller and scope

DijitalWorlds (Cemal Hekimoglu) provides Photo Cleaner - Storage Space, formerly iCleaner Panda. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or access/deletion requests.

This policy describes the updated ATT consent controls prepared for app version 3.6.2. Until that update is installed, earlier builds may collect Firebase Analytics independently of the iOS tracking setting. Install the updated version to use the controls described below.

2. Photos, videos and contacts stay on your device

With your iOS permission, the app analyzes and processes your photo library, videos and contacts locally. Library contents are not uploaded to DijitalWorlds, Firebase, Google Ads or Meta and are not used to train general AI models. We do not sell your library contents.

You decide which media operations to confirm. Video compression saves a copy before requesting deletion of the original. If deletion is refused, both copies remain and storage usage may increase. Contact detail copying retains original contact cards to protect unreadable notes and conflicting fields.

3. Firebase Crashlytics and diagnostics

Firebase Crashlytics collects crash stack traces, relevant app state, device and operating-system information, and installation identifiers for crash diagnosis and app stability. Firebase session data may include app foreground/background activity and technical metadata. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity.

Crash reporting remains active when ATT permission is refused. The app does not attach photo, video or contact contents to diagnostic reports. When Analytics is enabled, Crashlytics may receive event breadcrumbs to explain activity before a crash.

4. Optional Analytics, Google Ads and Meta advertising measurement

In the updated app, Firebase Analytics collection is disabled by default. Only after you authorize the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request does the app enable Analytics and advertising measurement.

With permission, Firebase Analytics collects app/device identifiers, app interactions and session events, approximate country/region inferred by the service, and purchase events including product, transaction identifier, price and currency. Google Firebase/Google Analytics and Google Ads may use these records to measure our advertising campaigns and conversions. Records can be linked through device or app-instance identifiers; we do not describe them as fully anonymous.

The app also integrates the Meta (Facebook) SDK, used only to measure the performance of our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. Automatic event logging is turned off. The app sends only a limited set of events to Meta: app activation (including app installs attributed to our ads), and purchase and subscription events with the plan, price, currency and transaction identifier. The SDK also sends technical device and app information (for example app and SDK version, device model, operating system, locale and a Meta-generated anonymous identifier). The device advertising identifier (IDFA) is included only if you authorize the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request. Meta may use this data to measure and optimize our ads and may link it to your Meta account if you have one, under Meta’s own policies. We do not send your photos, videos, contacts or library contents to Meta.

We do not display third-party ads in the app. The app keeps the Firebase ad-personalization consent setting denied. Apple processes payments; we do not receive payment card details.

5. Your permission and controls

You may refuse ATT and continue using the app. Without ATT authorization, the device advertising identifier is not shared with Meta, and the updated app disables Analytics collection and denies analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization consent.

Change ATT in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The app reapplies your choice when it next becomes active. Withdrawing ATT stops subsequent use of the advertising identifier, Analytics and advertising measurement; it does not disable Crashlytics or automatically delete records previously collected by service providers.

Photo/contact permissions are separate and can be managed in iOS Settings. You can also review or manage Meta’s ad preferences and off-Facebook activity in your Meta account settings. Contact [email protected] for requests concerning previously collected diagnostic or measurement records.

6. Service providers and retention

Google LLC provides Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics; Google Ads is used for campaign measurement only with the updated app’s ATT authorization. Meta Platforms, Inc. (and, for users in the EEA/UK, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) provides the Meta SDK and advertising measurement. Apple provides StoreKit payments and the Photos/Contacts system permission controls. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention depends on the relevant service and its configured settings. We do not promise that all diagnostic and Analytics records are automatically deleted after a single fixed period. Google explains the applicable service retention and privacy controls in its Firebase privacy documentation. We do not retain a server copy of your photo, video or contact library.

7. Children and updates

The app is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child’s data has been collected. We may update this policy when app behavior or service integrations change. The updated date identifies this revision.
