Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Photo Cleaner - Storage Space mobile application (formerly known as iCleaner Panda, “App” or “Application”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on Apple-branded iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Application Functionality

Photo Cleaner - Storage Space provides on-device review, cleanup, and organization tools:

• Similar and duplicate photo detection and review suggestions
• Similar video and large video detection
• On-device video compression with quality presets
• Old screenshot cleanup and gallery organization
• Duplicate and incomplete contact detection and merging
• Local storage space breakdown and reclamation tools

Note: The Application provides review-before-delete tools. You retain complete control over every item selected for deletion. Deleted media items are moved to the iOS Photos “Recently Deleted” album where they can be recovered within the period designated by Apple iOS.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Application solely for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable local and international laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Application
• Not attempt to probe, bypass, or interfere with security features or operational limits of the Application
• Review items carefully prior to confirming irreversible deletion or merge operations
• Maintain current backups of your essential photos, videos, and contacts

5. Subscription Plans and In-App Purchases

5.1 Premium Features

The Application offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and lifetime purchases to unlock unlimited photo cleaning, deep duplicate detection, and high-definition video compression.

5.2 Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5.3 No Free Trial

The Application does not offer a free trial. Any subscription or purchase is charged at confirmation, and subscriptions renew at the price and period shown before you confirm.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIJITALWORLDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Application will operate without interruption, remain secure, or be free of software defects
• All duplicate media files or address book anomalies will be identified with 100% precision
• Data deleted through the Application can be recovered once purged from the iOS Recently Deleted album

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIJITALWORLDS, ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PHOTOS, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

8. Data Privacy, Google Firebase & Meta Integration

Your privacy is fundamental to our engineering design. Your use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following technical parameters:

Pseudonymous telemetry and crash reports transmitted to Google Firebase are handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy. Data sent to Meta is handled under Meta's Privacy Policy. You may opt out of tracking at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, source code, logos, visual designs, and interface assets associated with Photo Cleaner - Storage Space and DijitalWorlds are the exclusive intellectual property of DijitalWorlds and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our services or other users.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, the updated date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the Application following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding between you and DijitalWorlds regarding your use of Photo Cleaner - Storage Space.
