1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the “Water Reminder – DropWise” application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (https://dijitalworlds.com/privacy-policy-dropwise-water/). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
DropWise Water is a hydration tracking application designed to help users monitor their daily water intake. The App offers both free and premium features.
3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The content, calculation of water intake goals, and hydration reminders provided by the App are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription service (“DropWise Premium”) that unlocks additional features.
4.1 Subscription Plans
– Monthly Subscription: Provides premium access for one month.
– Yearly Subscription: Provides premium access for one year.
4.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 days) for new users. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
4.3 Payment and Renewal
– Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes Account) at confirmation of purchase.
– Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
– Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan (Monthly or Yearly).
4.4 Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends to avoid being charged for the next period.
5. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
– Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
– Attempt to derive the source code of the App.
– Modify, adapt, or hack the App.
– Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including but not limited to the “DropWise” name, logo, mascot characters, graphics, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Dijital Worlds.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Dijital Worlds, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from provided services.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
