relation to iCleaner Panda application and/or its website (“Application”).

reporting (Firebase), and marketing analytics (Google Ads).

Your personal data may be processed by Dijital Worlds as the “Data Controller”. We are committed
to complying with this Privacy Policy in accordance with all applicable laws in each region in which we operate,
including the GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), and PDP Law (Turkey/KVKK).

2. Collection of Personal Data and Method

We may process the following data based on your interactions with us:

A. User Content (Processed Locally)

This includes materials you interact with in the App, such as:

Photos, videos, and visual records (for cleaning duplicates or compression)
Contact lists (for merging duplicates)

CRITICAL NOTE: We do not upload, store, or share any of your contact list, photos, and videos

on our servers. All activities to process these are carried out locally on your device’s processor.

B. Technical Information

When you use our Services, we may collect:

Usage Data: Features accessed, time spent, interaction frequency, and crash reports.
Device Information: Device model, OS version, region, language, and time zone.
Identifiers: Device ID, IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), IDFV (Identifier for Vendors),
and Firebase installation IDs.

C. Customer Transaction Data

We process purchase information (subscription type, date, amount) via Apple’s App Store. We do
not collect or see your credit card details directly.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

App Functionality: To deliver core features like finding similar photos or organizing
contacts locally.
Analytics: To understand user behavior and improve app stability (via Google Firebase).
Advertising & Marketing: To measure the effectiveness of our campaigns (via Google Ads).
Note: We only use IDFA for tracking if you explicitly grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency
prompt.
Customer Support: To resolve technical issues or refund requests.

4. Third Party Services and Tracking

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our business. These partners may collect device
identifiers:

Google Firebase: For analytics, crash reporting, and infrastructure.
