By downloading, installing, or using the iCleaner Panda mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. APP FUNCTIONALITY
iCleaner Panda provides the following services:
– Similar photo detection and removal
– Duplicate photo detection and removal
– Similar video detection
– Video compression
– Screenshot cleanup and organization
– AI-powered duplicate contact detection and merging
– Storage analysis and optimization
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
– Use the App only for lawful purposes
– Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
– Not interfere with the App’s security features
– Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
– Back up important data before using cleaning features
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers subscription-based premium features. Subscription details, including pricing and duration, are displayed within the App.
5.2 Payment Terms
– Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
– Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before renewal
– No refunds for partial subscription periods
5.3 Free Trial
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
– The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
– All bugs or defects will be corrected
– The App will meet your specific requirements
– Data recovery is possible after deletion
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
– Loss of data or files
– Device damage or malfunction
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Loss of profits or business opportunities
8. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
